Here at SPS Security, we use the very latest Partner Tuff technology, which enables our customers to receive operational information instantly or in virtual real-time.
This technology allows our customers to assist and protect frontline personnel, as well as monitor all activity by providing proof of location and activity in real-time, the ability to log and capture incidents and provide effective task management.
David Barker, SPS Security Operations Manager, explained: “We introduced Partner Tuff a few years ago, initially trialing it within a number of Colleges and Universities and subsequently rolling it out to all new contracts in the regions we operate. We have also upgraded our previous patrol systems to Partner Tuff on and our own Mobile Patrol and Vacant Property Inspection Services.”
The system itself provides real-time GPS location of officers and it maps out patrols routes the officers have undertaken. The technology creates fully accessible and detailed reports which are reviewed by our Control Room staff as well as distributed to customers to assist in ensuring that patrols are carried out effectively – and can highlight improvements needed.
The Partner Tuff system also allows digital media to be attached to reports as well as enabling reports to be sent instantly to Contract Managers and the online portal and incorporates a man-down system and phone access.
As we celebrate our 25th year in business, we continue to ensure that we stay at the forefront of the latest technologies that enable us and our customers to stay one step ahead. Daniel continued: “We are currently targeting sites to roll out another feature of the Partner Tuff technology which enables pre-set reports to be sent to the site which Officers have to complete. These are then filled out in real-time and once completed, can be sent back to us for review.
