About our people
Our staff are dedicated to helping our clients meet their objectives. Their role is to help your business be the best and most secure it can be.
There are, however, specific minimum standards we will look for when recruiting and transferring staff to our employment.
We fully understand that the first person a visitor, contractor, or staff member may see is the Security Officer. However, if they are not portraying the right image, it is not only a poor reflection on us but, more importantly, our clients. Therefore, we look upon our staff as being the “Ambassadors” for both organisations.
We invest in our people with regular training to enable them to do their job to the best of their ability and to highest standard. We encourage our staff to learn new skills and provide a range of complementary courses and skills to enhance their performance and increase their job satisfaction.
Our staff don’t just stop when they have done their job well. They are continually winning awards for going the extra mile and bringing new and exciting ideas and innovation to our business and our clients’ organisations.
We’re always on the look-out for talented, dedicated security officers to join our ever-growing workforce. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; as such any vacancies will include daytime, night time and weekend shifts.
Experience is preferred and we will provide full training for the role. Security and CCTV Licence essential, First Aid Certificate preferred. Must be aged 18 or over.
