I always have fast response with any queries on both email and telephone which has made it very easy for myself. I always receive great feedback from my colleagues after an engineer has visited site which is then followed up by a detailed and accurate report to explain the work which was carried out. The contract that we have in place is working very well, I can say that I have no issues with SPS and they have been absolutely brilliant from the start.
