Our company utilises a bespoke roster management system call “Timegate”. All staff book on and off duty via our 24/7 Control Centre using this system. The system will alert controllers of any personnel not booking on or off. It has built in software to accommodate their hourly check calls, and will alert our control centre should a call be missed.
Bold Gemini is a cloud-based safety and security monitoring platform designed to help our control room staff remotely monitor our customers cctv intruder and fire alarms effectively. Our operators are also able to open and close gates/doors and provide remote access to a site as required. Bold Gemini can control false alarms and escalate threat alerts to police or mobile guards.
Alarm Master is an application written specifically for the Security Industry and embodies functionality targeted at Installers and Maintainers of Intruder, Fire, Access, CCTV and other security systems.
Specifically, records are kept which are consistent with the requirements of Industry Regulatory bodies such as SSAIB. The system has inbuilt facilities for the specification and control of systems installed to PD6662 and other European Standards.
The Partner Online is a next-generation digital tool made specifically for the security industry. It combines and improves on the functions of traditional patrol systems, a security guard tracking system, lone worker applications, form generators and task assignment systems by creating a combined real-time security management platform. The Partner Online System consists of both a mobile app and a web-portal. Data is collected using mobile handsets and managed through the online web-portal. Our company utilises The EIDOS cloud-based Activity Log which replaces the traditional paper Daily Occurrence Book and acts as the central hub of recording all officers site based activity.
Monday.com is our preferred software of choice for new contract mobilisations. All details of the contract mobilisation plan are set up and disseminated to the contract mobilisation team. Key milestones are set and our progress is shared online with our customers to ensure we achieve a smooth contract mobilisation.
