“SPS have been a preferred supplier of security services to KCOM for several years, specifically keyholding & alarm response patrols across our national property estate as well as the provision of man guarding resource at our offices in Wakefield. As the Senior Vendor Manager, I have personally managed the supplier relationship and have been pleased with how SPS have responded to some of the challenges that have been placed on them in terms of meeting KCOM requirements. In particular, developing SLA monitoring & reporting capabilities to highlight and address any areas of underperformance as well as accepting the value of proactive risk management and mitigation of potential issues before any impact is realised.
