Our experienced control room staff assist both clients and employees around the clock from our 24-hour control room. All of our clients will receive rapid service from our fully trained control room operators through our management and supervisory staff.
It is from the control room that all security personnel are monitored. In order to ensure our guards remain alert and safe throughout their hours of duty, we provide a one-to-one telephone service in the form of routine check calls, as part of our quality management commitment. This system keeps track of all our guards’ booking on and off procedures as well as providing a one-to-one telephone service.
Our control room features state-of-the-art CCTV, time-delayed alarms, powerful desktop computers, and direct telephone lines, meaning they will always be ready for response.
Whatever goes wrong you can count on us to always be there on the other end of the phone to assist you and your staff and respond quickly and efficiently.
Depending on your specific requirements we can organise the best way to assist you with anything you need whether that be locking/unlocking your site at specific times with remote access control or who to contact and response instructions if certain alarms are set off.
We can check in with different members of staff on site to make sure that every operation is going smoothly and to make sure that the staff feel safe and confident in what they are doing.
Security officers at all sites are required to book on and off duty with the control room, and to make hourly check calls. In the unlikely event that a call is missed a mobile supervisor is dispatched to the site to undertake a safety check.
All our Control Room staff have a Level 2 Award for Working as a CCTV Operator. Our management team study developments in Control Room operating procedures, and these elements are integrated into our BE EN ISO 9001 & 14001 Quality and Environmental Accreditations.
